Hi, I'm running the same engine 1,6l whirlchamber (not DI) turbodiesel. My conversion exists of: -12° injector nozzles (Bosch: DN12SD283)- should also work with DN0SD273 at 155bar opening pressure. -Filter type heat exchanger (see my homepage) -after start preheating: Just swapped the old relais for a new one with 3 min heating after you started the engine. -still kept the original glow plugs (however 23mm Duratherm would improve it) -8mm fuel lines -NO return line short cur as this will collect air in the pump. -not more than 2000 (!) rpm until the engine is on working temp.
