Hello Alex, your Diesel-ECU for start of injection is not working properly. No function of the tachometer is a typical defect! Sorry for my bad message, but the operating principile is unknown, and so it's not possible to find the cause of trouble and to repair your ECU. You need another ECU 5T6 or 5T5. Regards Hans F.
